An old friend from high school, Kathey Fawn, caught up with me on facebook. As fate would have it, she lives here in San Antonio! Not even 20 minutes from us! I was so excited! We hooked up for brunch at Le Peep and caught ourselves up on what had been going on for the last 15 years.
Can you believe that we were so busy getting caught up, I didn't take a single photo? Shame on me! Kathey and I will be getting together more often soon, so she is bound to make her debut on the blog. LOL

Later on in the day, we were heading to abuela's house, when we decided to take Aleena to the park! She really enjoyed herself and played really hard.
Daddy got a kite for her to learn to fly.

After the park, Aleena had a nice long nap at abuela's house!
Afterwards, she and Bridgette went on a bike ride!
