This is a day that I will never forget. Aleena, Matt and I went to Toy Zone to let Aleena pick out a toy. As we were getting ready to leave, Aleena was not quite ready and began throwing a tantrum. She wouldn't stop crying in the store and didn't want us to pick her up, so we acted as though we were leaving, which made it worse. She ran after us crying and when it came time to get her into her car seat, she refused, arched her back, and fought us from putting her in the seat. I ended up sitting in the car with her for 20 minutes unable to leave the parking lot because she wouldn't get buckled in.
After 20 minutes, I was frustrated, I wrestled her into her car seat with her kicking me and screaming. We finally got home where I took her upstairs so that she can sit and have some quiet calming down time. She continued to cry for another 15 minutes. I brought her downstairs where I told her she needs to eat or go to sleep. She refused eating at first, but then she started eating. She continued to throw a tantrum, but she was not allowed to leave the table.
I was sitting at the couch when all of the sudden she got really quiet...and this is what I found....
Poor baby exhausted herself out from crying so hard!
She slept from 6:30pm until 8:00am the next morning.
Aleena has never acted that way before or after, so it was really out of her norm. I truly believe the devil possessed by baby....I'm so glad to have her back!
