Today Aleena and I joined the Mattison family in a fundraiser walk to raise money and bring awareness to a disease that impacts millions of individuals in the United States. We walked in honor of this amazing lady..Sara Tate. Her son Will is a friend at Aleena's daycare and we decided to raise some money to support her cause.
We rallied up early at 8:00am at Brackenridge Park downtown. We walked for a mile with a hundreds of other people. Afterwards, we hung around for food, games, and prizes. Here is the BCBS bear, which Aleena would not go anywhere near.
After the walk, she enjoyed playin in the park.

We continued our walk along the bridge before heading home.
Team Tate raised over $2000 for the arthritis foundation. Thank you to Denise Jones, Scott Kostylo, and Mattison family for helping me get to my small goal of $100.
