Today is a day of firsts!!

Today is our last day on the island, so we wanted to make the most of it before heading back.

I decided to get Janell and I toe rings as a special gift just for her. She's never had a toe ring before, so how perfect is it to get a little dainty toe ring.  She loved it!  We went to a little shop in town called Popsicle Toes.

 

I got one too!

During our entire trip, Jean kept mentioning wanting to get a tattoo, so after breakfast, we decided to tour the tattoo parlors.  We found the perfect one!

The entire crew...these guys were fantastic. They loved that Grandma was getting a tattoo. They tried to convince me, but I was not having it!

The final product...she wanted an irish style tattoo..so what better than clover butterfly. 

After all of that excitement...we hit the beach for the last time.

Daddy decided to let Aleena try boogie boarding..she liked it while daddy was holding on to her, but as soon as he let go..she freaked out...take a look! 

 

She forgave him of course and continued to enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

We had to leave early to check out of the house and start our way back up to San Antonio since I had to be back at work the next day.
