Happy New Year!!!!

We have had such an eventful December that it was very nice to have a low key New Year's. 

My brother left a few days ago to go back to California, so it was my parents, Matt, and Aleena ringing in the new year.

Oh and Meeko..sitting by the fire of course :) 

Aleena really tried to hang in there for the countdown.

This is her at 11:30..so ready to crash! 

She was able to catch the San Antonio countdown on TV with us! 

After the thrill of the New Year, we watched the fireworks on TV.

We were going to watch them from Aleena's balcony, but less than 5 minutes into the fireworks on TV,

Aleena passed out in daddy's arms. 

Such a sweet ending to a blissful year!
